Quality
Many manufacturers look for a high standard of quality, which requires regular audits. Specifically, those in the Automotive, Construction and Engineering industries require their suppliers to be ISO certified. Both Thredgards’ Quality Management System and Environmental Management Systems have been certified by Approachable Certification. We are ISO 140001 and ISO 9001 certified which means we are regularly audited to ensure our standards of quality, health and safety and environmental management are maintained. To keep up these high standards, we check for faults and defects regularly. We strive to continuously improve by listening to customer feedback and making adjustments when required. Efficiency
We ensure we are as efficient as possible when fulling orders. By putting in place stock control measures, we are able to fulfil 93% of orders of caps and plugs the same day they are ordered. To be efficient we also have to be be flexible. This is why we work with our customers when setting a minimum order quantity. Another way we work efficiently is by recycling our waste plastic on site. This helps us to reduce costs and material wastage.

Sustainability
Sustainability is very important to most industries especially the Energy sector. With this in mind, we have invested in environmentally friendly injection moulding machines and tooling, which cuts down the energy required to run the factory. The materials and processes that we use also allow us to make our products carbon neutral. We make sure we source our raw material and packaging from environmentally conscious companies. Adaptability
Caps and plugs can be used across different industries to protect products. Such as, protecting pipes or ducts against dirt or protecting parts while they are in the paint shop. We have worked with design engineers to help produce custom parts to suit the specific needs of different industries. Some parts can be made in bespoke colours to help easily identify them. Company logos can also be added to some products. As well a adapting our products, we can also create custom mouldings for a wide range of industry sectors.
